Printzilla | Terms of Service

1. The Service

By placing an order with Printzilla, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide custom printing services for acrylic keyrings, magnets, and prints.

2. Personalised Goods & Returns

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel an order does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specifications."

  • No Returns: Because our items are custom-made to your requirements, we do not accept returns or "change of mind" cancellations once production has begun.

  • Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty or damaged, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain. Please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Content & Copyright (The "Fair Use" Policy)

At Printzilla, we respect creativity and the law. By uploading or submitting an image, you agree to the following:

  • Stolen Content: You must own the copyright or have explicit permission to use any photos or artwork you submit. We will not print items using "stolen" images or intellectual property belonging to others.

  • Restricted Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains material we deem:

    • Illegal: Anything violating UK law.

    • Sexual/Pornographic: We do not produce adult-oriented or sexually explicit material.

    • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination or violence.

  • Liability: You agree to indemnify Printzilla against any legal action or costs resulting from a breach of copyright on the files you provide.

4. Image Quality & Colour

  • Quality: We print what you provide. If the uploaded image is low resolution, the final print may reflect this. We are not responsible for poor-quality prints resulting from low-quality source files.

  • Colour: Due to the difference between digital screens (RGB) and physical printing (CMYK), slight colour variations may occur.

5. Production & Shipping

  • Turnaround: Personalised items take time to craft. Our current lead time is 4 working days before dispatch.

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout; we cannot redirect items once sent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Printzilla’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect loss or "disappointment" regarding the creative outcome of a personalised item.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
