Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of products. Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is faulty or damaged.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we want to make it right. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods.
How to report a fault:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a clear photograph of the fault or damage.

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
3. Exclusions
Please note that the following are not considered faults and are not eligible for return:
- Colour Variations: Minor colour differences between your screen display and the physical print/acrylic are normal and do not constitute a fault.

Customer Error: We cannot offer refunds if you provided an incorrect shipping address or ordered the wrong design by mistake.
4. Shipping Returns
If a return is required due to a fault, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. In the event of a confirmed fault, we will cover the cost of return postage or provide a pre-paid label.
