Shipping policy

Every PrintZilla item is made to order from your photo, so delivery has two parts: making it, then posting it.

1. Making your order

• We email you a proof within 1 working day of your order.
• Reply to change anything. If you don't reply within 24 hours, we print it as shown.
• Your order is made by hand in Plymouth and posted within 3 working days of you approving your proof.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. In December it can take a little longer, so check the Christmas order date shown on the site.

2. Delivery costs (UK only)

• Standard (Royal Mail): £2.71 on orders under £15.
• Standard (Royal Mail): free on orders of £15 and over.
• Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.50.
• Collect in person from Light Studios, Plymouth. For Christmas orders, choose Collect in person at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready. At other times, call 01752 922169 to arrange it.

Choosing Tracked speeds up the post, not the making. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order.

3. Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been posted. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll ask you to cover the cost of posting it again.

4. Late or lost parcels

• Please allow 10 working days after we post your order before telling us it is missing, as Royal Mail doesn't treat an item as lost before then.
• If it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the item, and see our refund policy.

5. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
