Shipping policy

At Printzilla, every item is custom-made just for you. Because we personalise each keyring, magnet, and print to order, our shipping process includes both Production Time and Delivery Time.

1. Production Times (Lead Time)

All items are handcrafted to your specifications.

Standard Orders: Please allow [3-5] working days for us to design and manufacture your items before they are dispatched.
Peak Seasons: During busy periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), production may take up to [7] working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Note: Choosing "Express Delivery" speeds up the postal time, not the production time. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £20

3. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. As we sell personalised goods, we often process orders quickly. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we use reliable carriers, occasionally delays happen.

Delayed: Please allow 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us about a missing parcel, as the postal service does not consider an item "lost" until this window has passed.
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
